Magical Transportation of Orlando ("MTO", "we", "us") provides private luxury transportation in Orlando and across major Florida airports. This policy explains what information we collect through mto247.com and how we use it.
Booking details you provide: name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number, passenger and luggage counts, vehicle choice, and any notes for your chauffeur.
Contact form messages: your name, email, phone number, and the message you send us.
Payment information is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. MTO does not receive or store your full card number.
Limited technical information, such as a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to prevent spam, abuse, and fraud. We do not store raw IP addresses in our security logs.
To quote, book, dispatch, and complete your ride, including tracking flights for airport pickups.
To send booking confirmations, receipts, and ride-related updates, and to respond to your questions.
To protect our customers and our service through rate limiting, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
To meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share information only with providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure data storage), Google Maps Platform (address suggestions and route distance for pricing), Resend (booking emails), and map tiles from CARTO and OpenStreetMap on the booking page. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.
Our homepage displays public reviews from MTO's own Google Business Profile. We access this data through Google's Business Profile API solely to show those reviews on our website. We use this data only for that purpose, and we do not share, sell, or transfer it to anyone else. MTO's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Our public booking pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies are used for staff sign-in to our internal dashboard, and Stripe may set cookies during checkout to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Data is stored with access restricted to authorized MTO staff, transmitted over encrypted connections, and protected by server-side validation and rate limiting.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to records we are required to keep. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
Our booking service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy as our service changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
